Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns are accepted for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Opened items, used items, damaged items, digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact us first to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

All approved returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any original shipping charges. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence.

Certain products may be final sale or non-returnable, including but not limited to limited-quantity items, clearance items, personalized products, and digital products. These exclusions will be noted at the time of purchase where applicable.
