Oliver the Ornament Narrated eBook

This will be a gift for our 5 year old grandson, but we won’t be giving it until Thanksgiving Day. We always have a gift Christmas related to give him and this year, OLIVER is it. The sweet ornament even looks a little like our grandson. I know he will love it and the meaning behind Oliver includes a heartwarming life lesson! His parents will love it too. I intend on buying the series…thank you for writing such a beautiful book!

I'll try to tell this from the eyes of my 10 year daughter, who was fortunate to receive an advanced copy of book and ornament. The story is approachable, socially relevant (for all ages!) without coming across as a lesson, includes imaginative and fun illustrations for all of the characters, and most importantly - is a wonderfully emotional story for the holiday season. My daughter enjoys reading it aloud to us before bed, and it has become somewhat of a ritual (already and it isn't even Thanksgiving!). We're all looking forward to decorating our Christmas Tree and giving Oliver a prominent position. 

Oliver the Ornament is an adorable children's book that is perfect for the holidays. It's a heartwarming story about a beloved ornament, and the story behind him.
Oliver is an ornament. He belongs to the Nelson family, and because he was their very first ornament, he holds a special place in the hearts of the Nelson family. But as Christmas approaches and the family prepares to decorate, a few of the other ornaments decide to be mean and play a prank on Oliver. Not only do they bully him for being useless (his arm is broken), they move his box so he's hidden and won't be on the tree this year. Will Oliver be saved and make it to the tree before Christmas is over?
I thought this was a really nice feel-good story. It makes you feel all warm and cozy and fuzzy on the inside. Kids and adults will enjoy the story of Oliver as he overcomes bullying and jealousy and shares his love of Christmas and family with everyone.
The illustrations are beautifully done, and I would highly recommend the Oliver stories to one and all.

My wife bought this book for us and I just bought a copy for my friend's family because it is so so great! We loved the book. It was well written and easy for my 10 year old to read. I loved all of the different characters and see many new story lines for each ornament. Oliver has a great message to teach kids and a great holiday story. This will be a great addition to our Christmas traditions. Can't wait to share this with many others!
